Office Hours And Consultation Fees

TELEPHONES AND RECEPTION:

1. Our telephones are answered and our office doors are open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, except for holidays. Our office is generally closed for lunch, which is between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.

2. After hours, we have an answering service who will take detailed messages and pass them on to the appropriate staff member. We aim to respond the next business day whenever possible.

APPOINTMENTS:

Generally, we try to schedule appointments from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. most days. However, we can schedule appointments in the evenings if necessary. We try to be flexible and sensitive to the needs of our clients and potential clients.

CONSULTATION FEES:

We charge a flat rate of $250 for initial consultations. In general, our initial consultations last about an hour. During our initial consultation, we go over the basics of your case, the facts, the legal issues, potential next steps and the costs involved of retaining counsel. The initial consultation is an opportunity for you to meet the attorney, for the attorney to understand the basics of the case, and to discuss a plan to resolves the issues and the steps involved with that plan.
