Kayleigh joined the firm in January 2018 and has been licensed to practice law since December 2017. She graduated from West Forest University School of Law in May 2017 and moved to Sacramento soon thereafter.
Throughout college and law school, Kayleigh wanted to practice family law and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help clients navigate their family law matters.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kayleigh relocated to North Carolina to study psychology and criminal justice while running Division I Track and Field at Elon University, She was consistently on the President's and Dean's List and received an award for excellence in Criminal Justice Studies her senior year. She graduated cum laude in 2014 and relocated to Winston-Salem to attend law school in the fall.
While at Wake Forest, she worked for the Child Advocacy Clinic, which gives students work experience as a guardian ad litem for children in high-conflict custody cases. She was also a member of the Women in Law executive board, a member of the Domestic Violence Awareness Coalition, and library assistance. During her last year at law school, she was also recognized with a CALI award for excellence in her Advanced Family Law course.
Kayleigh fell in love with California after earning a public interest law organization scholarship to spend the summer working in Yosemite National Park's law enforcement office as a prosecutor. She decided that after law school, she would move westward and settled in Sacramento.
Kayleigh enjoys traveling with her husband, Elliott, drinking wine, cycling, and exploring her new state.
